PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The 5 Screen Sizer was designed to size product into five different sizes. In many shelling operations, this sizer is placed immediately after a sheller to separate similar sizes of nutmeat and shell into separate containers. It can also be used to size nutmeat in any other part of the plant. This sizer can be used to feed blowers or aspirators for air leg separation of nutmeat and shell. The 5 Screen Sizer can hold a maximum of five screens. The screen sizes are 26-5/8" wide x 66" long. The screen material is round hole perforated stainless steel. We offer screens with many different hole sizes. All food contact surfaces are stainless steel. The discharge chutes are manufactured with round bottoms to minimize milling loss.
